[Gokudera was worried about messing up, about Makoto thinking he was weird, or strange, or - or any other number of anxious rejections that ran through his head. But Makoto just kept kissing him, and while the other boy's tongue in his mouth first felt weird, it quickly turned pleasant, until Gokudera's whole body felt like it was humming with excitement. His lungs were burning for air but he didn't want to pull away from Makoto, so only with great reluctance did he pull back just far enough to be able to gasp for breath. His heart was beating like a jackhammer in his chest. He was certain he had to look stupid, all red-faced and far too excited over kissing (he was seriously regretting wearing tight jeans today) but even the same wasn't enough to override the excitement of Makoto.]
