[His temper flared, not believing him at all, especially the last part when he already knew better. He'd heard it from the idiot's mouth minutes ago!

With a push, he was on the heels of his feet, ready to slam him against the wall.]

Don't give me that Bullshit! He already confessed it!

[Gokudera didn't expect Zero to move or move so fast, but he still had one shot prepped to go and fired before Zero slammed into him.]

[A shot he could have easily dodged, but Zero wasn't the type. Instead, he took the hit point blank and slammed back against the wall making a crater of a hole. The distinct stench of burning flesh oozed into the air even as the wound began to repair itself.

Behind silver strands, Zero glared at him before pushing himself back up to his feet even as the cinders of his shirt fell to the ground in pieces. He brushed them aside, ignoring the burning sensation. And in a quiet tone filled with steel, he turned to him again.]

He's mine.

[The sound of someone slamming into the wall was enough to bring Mukuro out to them. He didn't particularly want to, nor was he inclined to face Zero again, but he didn't want the house to be destroyed.

He came into the room looking utterly unamused, usual smile gone, but for the moment he didn't use his illusions.]

Do I need to separate you two?

Your creepy-ass stalker boyfriend has gone even crazier than usual!

[Gokudera is of course the entirely innocent party in this. But seeing that Zero was, apparently, more than human, he quickly went about reloading in case he had to shoot again. He'd be just as happy to skedattle and let Mukuro and Zero deal with whatever the hell they were dealing with, but...

Like he said, they were teammates. He had to make sure Mukuro'd be okay first.]

[He turned on Mukuro the moment he entered, all but ignoring the re-loading bomber.]

I will tolerate you loving him, but I won't tolerate him living here too!

[For a moment Mukuro just stared at him.]

Love him? Why would you think something so incredibly idiotic?

[He wasn't anywhere near as nice to Zero as he usually was. Mukuro had had more than enough of his nonsense for one day.]

[Gokudera's eye twitched. On the one hand he was relieved that there wasn't some huge thing going on that he missed, not that he thought there was. But still... Mukuro and Zero's relationship was their business and not his, but Mukuro was his teammate.

And Zero was a dick.]

Like I said, creeper, we're teammates! And you know what? You better be damn fucking thankful for that because I'd be TEN TIMES the boyfriend you are! Have you even talked about your fucking feelings, dickbag? Are you a total Romeo in private because if you have the same stoic half-assed bullshit I dunno about him but I'd assume this is nothing serious for you because honestly that's what it looks like! You have to go fucking crazy to even act like you care! Fuck you, man, he can do much better than you!

[His eyes widened at Mukuro's question, his gaze going from Gokudera to him barely even hearing the other ramble on.]

You told me you loved him. [A clear accusation, but one filled with a hint of doubt now.

And as for you! He turned on Gokudera, not liking his mouth going off.]

What do you know about it! Mukuro isn't some side show for me!

I never said any such thing. I only said that I didn't love this you, the one that's causing me so much trouble and being a complete asshole.

[It's not his fault if Zero completely misinterpreted that and didn't wait around for a clarification.]

And really? You could've fooled me. You came here to use me, and you've done nothing but treat me badly. Hayato actually has his head on straight for once.

[Yes, that's all Gokudera has to contribute to this. Pointing at Zero and declaring 'ha'. And 'Hayato actually has his head on straight for once' is probably one of the nicer things Mukuro's said about him where he can hear it.]

[He glared at Gokudera, before turning to Mukuro.]

You think I'm no good for you. [A statement more than a question. He knew he couldn't lie.]

I think you see me as nothing more than a toy. Normally that isn't the case, but you've already proven that I can't trust you when you're like this. If you were like this all the time, I would never give you the time of day.

[Did Zero really not remember what he'd been like before?]

The Zero I know, I could love. You, never.

[Okay, this was now a Relationship Talk and he should get out of it.

But first,]

You want me to shoot him again?

[Immediately after that stupidity, there's a gun pointed at Gokudera.]

[He's not even looking at him when the threat is made, and the gun is Bloody Rose so it's an idly threat.]

Never, say never, Mukuro.

[He sets the gun down then, and walks out, plans already forming in his head.]
