More like annoy. [Gokudera bumps shoulders with Makoto again.] But I decided not to hold it against you.

[He chuckles lightly.]

I like you at this height. It makes it easier for me to do this.

[He gives him a peck on top of his head.]

[Gokudera goes red again, hesitating before leaning up (and tugging Makoto down) to kiss him quickly.] I maybe don't mind the difference so much anymore.

[He also blushes a little at the quick kiss, enjoying these little bouts of affection between them.]

That's good.

[He opens up the lunch boxes and passes one off to Gokudera.]

Let's eat!

[Right, eating, good idea before he's hungry for ... something else. Gokudera takes the offered food, sharing what he brought as well.] This is really good. ... At least one of your buddies that'd be moving out with you can cook, right? [It's good to make sure of these things.]

[He nods.]

Watanuki cooks everything now and he's really like a professional chef.

But Haru can cook really well, but back home, he mainly cooked mackerel. Sometimes I could get him to cook something else, but if he had mackerel, he would cook it.

Rei can cook, too.

Maybe it's mean to say, but it's a little bit of a relief that mackerel is hard to come by so we won't have to eat it everyday. Hahaha!

He'd probably get sick eating nothing else, at least with the energy needed here, so I don't think it's mean to say at all. Of course, I say meaner stuff all the time...

[He nudges him a bit with his shoulder.]

You're like a firecracker. That's why bombs fit you as a weapon.

[He chuckles then takes another bite.]

Tch. ... ... You're just gonna encourage me, if it means you call me a firecracker. [Right stuffing his face before he says something dumb.]

Encourage you?

[He smiles.]

To be spontaneous?

[Right, don't say 'or to be an ass', that'd be a total mood ruiner. Gokudera swallows his food, nudging Makoto's foot with his own as they sit on the bench.] Maybe something like that.

[He would hope that he's not encouraging him to be mean. He nudges his foot in return.]

After this, where did you want to go? Somewhere warm, right?

[He takes another full bite of food.]

We could go back to the mansion. O-or, your place. [The mansion isn't overcrowded with people waiting to walk in on them, though.

He's a teenage boy, alright, he's got ... needs.]

The mansion is fine. I get to see Uri, too. [His other true love.]

[For a date, even if it didn't include making out, the Halfway House was too crowded for a proper one-on-one moment. They would both be prone to getting asked to do a chore or bothered by something. It was a lively house.]

She'll be happy to see you again. I think she likes you more than me.

I don't think so. I just spoil her more. I'm just making it harder for you. Hahaha!

You don't seem so sorry about that. [Gokudera finishes up his food with that, and when they're both done he stands and offers Makoto a hand up.]

[He puts the containers away and folds up the blanket then accepts the hand up. He doesn't let go of his hand, however.]

Let's go then.

[Gokudera is just fine with that. He talks about inconsequential things while they make the walk around the lake, often preferring to listen to Makoto though. When they start heading back to the mansion, he pauses as they pass by a building.]

Ah, hey, come with me, I wanna show you something. [He nods to the old theater they're right outside.]

[Makoto's gaze follows Gokudera's when they pause and he just nods, following along.]

All right.

[Leading Makoto inside, Gokudera leads him through the aisles of seats up to the stage where the piano is. He checks by to make sure it stays in good condition. ] Ah, sit anywhere.

[Gokudera takes a seat at the grand piano, lifting the lid.]

Any requests?

[Makoto perks up at the sight of the piano and watches as he takes a seat there. He looks around then takes a seat in the front row of the audience area.

He's pleasantly surprised.]

Requests...hm...What's your favorite?

Franz Liszt. I also have some sheet music for Debussy too.

[And this is where things start going over his head. He'd heard of Debussy, but couldn't put a song to the name. He hadn't heard of the other thing.]

Go with that then!

[He just wanted to hear Gokudera play. He could appreciate listening to music well enough.]

[Maaaaybe Gokudera had been thinking they could stop by the theater so he just HAPPENS to have it on him~

Setting the sheet music up because it isn't one he has memorized, he tests a couple of the keys out first for a warm up before beginning to play]
